Two Riverside is a planned super-tall residential tower along the Miami River in Brickell. The project enhances the neighborhood’s public realm by extending the Miami Riverwalk across the site and linking it with the Underline linear park, creating continuous pedestrian connections and two landscaped plazas at each end.
Rising 59 stories, the tower will include 51 floors of condominium residences and four levels of shared amenities. A highlight of the design is the 57th floor, featuring indoor–outdoor amenity spaces and swimming pools with expansive city and river views.
The building’s south façade will feature a large-scale commissioned artwork, aligned with the visual corridor of SW First Avenue and the Underline, reinforcing the project’s role as a cultural landmark.
With its slender profile and distinctive form, Two Riverside will add a striking new presence to the Miami River and Brickell skyline.
