3050 Aventura project is a 237-foot high, 12 level, office building with 296,877 square feet gross area comprised of a steel and concrete structure with an all glass façade over 3 levels of basement.
Its form is composed of 2 interlocking pyramids which will make this a landmark building. The project expects to receive LEED Gold certification.
