The Babylon Racquet Club is a proposed 23-story mixed-use tower in Brickell, Miami, on the former site of the iconic Babylon Apartments. Located within the Metromover Subzone, the project promotes transit use and reduced parking. It includes 34 condos, 15 hotel rooms, a 13,700 SF restaurant, 4,400 SF of office space, and 14 indoor racquet courts with a wellness center.
