Residencia Sunny Isle

Returning from the Iberian Peninsula, the owners sought a serene, modern retreat on South Florida’s coast. ODP Architecture & Design crafted a minimalist yet emotive home, centered on panoramic ocean views and flowing light. East-west orientation and rhythmic walls invite sunrises and sunsets in, while cool gray floors, lacquered walls, warm walnut, and jewel tones bring balance, elegance, and a deep sense of place.
