ODP Architecture & Design took on the challenge of transforming an 8,000 sq. ft. space into the owners’ vision of a Park Avenue penthouse interior. Over a lifetime of traveling, the couple has gathered exquisite pieces of art and furnishings from around the world; these pieces, both individually and as a whole, served as inspiration for the new condominium design. The Interior Design team began by bringing in an assortment of traditional spatial layouts, materials, and interior design elements — and then simplified these elements to create a tasteful, modern aesthetic.
