Forma

Forma is a 39-story residential tower which rises 428 feet with strong rectilinear massing, continuous glass balcony bands, and painted slab edges that create a dynamic visual rhythm. A 9,350-square-foot mural by Arturo Herrera animates the parking podium façade. The building includes 588 units, 50,812 square feet of retail, and an 85,000-square-foot amenity program—topped by Skyline and Sunset Terraces offering panoramic city and bay views.
