Paramount D- East

Paramount D- East

Paramount D‑East anchors Miami Worldcenter’s eastern edge with a commanding mixed‑use presence. As the Architect of Record for Elkus Manfredi’s 1.6 million sq ft masterplan, ODP shaped this dynamic building to respond to its urban context and transit connections. A series of retail-engaged podium volumes connect at street level via plazas and seamlessly link to Miami’s Metromover station, welcoming pedestrians into the site. Above, cast‑in‑place concrete structure supports thoughtfully articulated residential and amenity floors, setting refined massing over a permeable base. The east and south façades are distinguished by a monumental mural by Franz Ackermann, marking the tower as a visual landmark for both pedestrians and vehicles. Paramount D‑East demonstrates a purposeful blend of structural clarity, transit-oriented design, and public art—establishing a vibrant civic threshold for Miami Worldcenter.
