Fisher Island Day School

This 4,250 sq ft two-story addition to an existing school on Fisher Island includes classrooms, a science lab, art studio, and a prominent double-height library. Designed in the island’s Spanish Mediterranean style and within a strict budget, ODP’s solution maximized playground space by stacking the program vertically and emphasizing architectural elements like the stair tower and library “prow.”
