Together totaling nearly 1.5 million square feet, the West Tower (10 CityPlace – 483,257 SF) and East Tower (15 CityPlace – 868,697 SF) represent a new era of mixed-use development blending Class A office space with curated retail experiences.
10 CityPlace draws inspiration from traditional civic architecture, anchoring the neighborhood with a sense of permanence and purpose. This mixed-use building offers panoramic views, private terraces, and walkable access to dining and amenities, providing tenants with indoor-outdoor workspaces and hospitality-level concierge services.
15 CityPlace delivers a bold, modern presence modeled after global financial centers. Featuring dramatic ocean views and an expansive rooftop amenity level on the 26th floor, this tower is designed to support year-round lifestyle activation and serve as a central hub for innovation and connectivity in downtown West Palm Beach.
Together, the towers contribute a combined 1,485,672 square feet of thoughtfully integrated office and retail space, reflecting ODP’s commitment to elevating the workplace through design, experience, and context-driven urban solutions.
